John Brown was an infamous abolitionist and killer, known for doing terrible things for a great cause in the mid-1800’s. Brown did not protest peacefully, but rather with violence during the Bloody Kansas conflict and the raid on Harper's Ferry. He did all these things in the name of breaking down the huge barrier of slavery in the United States of America.
